Our Mission

The Irvine Community Land Trust provides secure, high-quality affordable housing as a non-profit organization that acquires and retains land with the purpose of developing permanently affordable rental, ownership and special needs housing for the benefit of income-eligible families. ICLT is located in Irvine, California, one of California’s most expensive real estate markets where there is a tremendous need for affordable housing. This is our home, too, and ICLT is committed to ensuring that Irvine is a place where families of all backgrounds and income levels can call “home.”
