Secretary - Nancy Donnelly
An ICLT board member since 2006, Nancy had served as president of the University of California, Irvine Medical Center Associates; president of the Massachusetts Council of Human Services Providers; treasurer of CASA of Springfield, Mass.; and president of Western Massachusetts Service Providers. She is currently involved with the Advocates for Adults with Developmental Disabilities organization and has served on the ad hoc Task Force to Review Housing Needs of Developmentally Disabled Adults for the City of Irvine. Prior to retiring in 2002, Nancy was executive vice president of the Center for Human Development, a Housing & Human Services Corporation. She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts after attending the University of Cincinnati and University of Rhode Island majoring in education.
